RESERVATIONS
AND DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of US$200.00 (per person) is
required at the time when the reservation confirmed.
The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit is not received
within 7 days after confirmation of the tour. FINAL
PAYMENT:
Reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited if
final payment is not received 30 days prior to departure.
Reservations can be accepted 7 days prior to departure.
Full payment must accompany the booking request.
A late booking fee of US$30.00 applies for reservation made 7
days prior to departure. CANCELLATION:
Cancellation penalties will be based on number of days prior to
departure date written notice is received by Allstate Travel Inc either

Refund will be made for any unused services; including hotel, meals, and
airlines arrangements. Additional
charges: If a confirmed reservation is canceled after tickets have been
issued, US$ 200.00 for each person will be forfeited.
Due to the policy of airlines, this cancellation penalty is
subject to change without prior notice. ACCOMMODATION:
Rate based on two persons sharing one room.
Persons traveling alone are required to pay the single supplement
rate. Hotel check-in time
is available after 3:00pm and checkout is normally required by 11:00am. AIRPORT
PICK-UP SERVICE: 1.
Airport pick-up service is provided, however, if a passenger arrives at
the destination other than the date stated in the hotel voucher, then,
such service will not be provided and no refund will be honored. 2. If
a passenger changes his/her flights (including the connecting flights)
within three days before departure date, pick-up service will not be
provided and no refund will be honored. TRANSFER
AND SIGHTSEEING:
Transfers and sightseeing by private auto, and other models of
transportation as determined by the local operator.
Sightseeing with English-speaking guides. All the admissions and entrance fees to places visited as
per the itinerary. TOUR
FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Any personal charges such as passports, VISA fee, and
phone bills, excess baggage charge laundry¡Ketc.
Airport taxes air ticket taxes, tips for tour guide or driver and
any items not specifically listed as included are not included in the
tour price. CHANGE
FEE:
US$ 35.00 per person will be charge for each change after
confirmation of reservation. BAGGAGE:
Each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage with the
combined overall dimensions not to exceed 106 inches (the sum of the
three dimensions) and no single suitcase may exceed 62 inches.
All excess charges will be collected from tour members at the
airport. VISA:
U.S. citizens visiting Taiwan for less than 14 days do not
require a Visa. INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against
cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of an accident,
illness, etc. Please
contact your travel agent. TRAVEL
DOCUMENTS:
A passport must be valid for at least six months after completion
of the tour is required for all tour members. HEALTH
DOCUMENTS:
Please check with your Public Health Service for current required
or recommended vaccinations. AIRLINES:
The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any
acts, omissions or events during the time passengers are not on board
their aircraft. The
passenger tickets in use by the airline, when issued, shall constitute
the sole contract between airline and purchaser of these tours/tickets
and/or the passenger. RESPONSIBILITY:
As tour operators, Allstate travel INC. act as an agency. Allstate travel has made arrangements for the tour services
described in this brochure. Airlines,
hotels, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent
contractors and are not the agents, employees, or servants of, or joint
ventures with Allstate Travel or its affiliates.
All certificates and other travel documents for tour services
issued by Allstate Travel are subject to the terms and conditions
specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries in, which the
services are supplied. By
agreeing to utilize the services of Allstate Travel, the tour
participant agrees that neither Allstate Travel or its affiliates nor
its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay,
inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or
frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or
omission of Allstate Travel or its affiliates, or its or their employees
or agents further. The
tour participants agrees that neither Allstate Travel or its affiliates,
nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any damage,
loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident,
or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting
from: 1.
The act or omission on the part of any person other than Allstate Travel
or its employees. 2.
Acts of God, sickness, theft labor disputes, mechanical breakdown,
government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Allstate Travel¡¦s
direct control. No
person, other than a representative of Allstate Travel authorized by a
document in writing, may vary, add or waive any terms or condition set
forth the preceding provisions. Written
notice of any claim against Allstate Travel must be received no later
than 14 days after the date that services were provided to a tour
participant. All
terms and conditions, including fares, schedules and rates, are subject
to change without notice. |
